Creating an Account

At Sara's Lingerie you can quickly create a new account by entering your email and creating a password. Click on the Account link at the top right hand side of the page and choose "Create Account". Once your account has been created you will be able to seamlessly shop online, browse your purchase history and re-order any of your previously ordered items.

Trouble logging into your account

If for some reason you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen and a new password will be generated and emailed to you. If you did'nt receive the email, just contact us and we will be glad to reset your password for you. If you need any further assistance or just unfamiliar with ordering online, we would are happy to help you place your order over the phone, simply call us (818) 980-7200.

Changing your password

Changing your password is easy and can be done anytime by logging into your account and selecting "Account Information." The Change Password option is on the bottom left column under contact information- you will have to submit your current password and confirm your new one.

Unsubscribing from Newsletters

You can easily manage your Newsletter subscriptions while logged into your account. Simply click on "Newsletter Subscriptions" on the left hand menu to add or remove any Newsletter options. We also provide an unsubscribe option directly from all emails we send, to unsubscribe via the email click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

Order Status

You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders." It will include the order number, order's status, amount, and if it has shipped there will a tracking number with a link for tracking the order via the carriers website. Here you will also find a complete list of all past orders, thus allowing quick re-orders. If you have questions about any of your orders, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

Most regular orders will ship from our store within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, except Holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation complete with tracking number and link to track the package. If you did not receive the email(s), please check your spam folder. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by viewing your My Account Page. Click on Order History to view status. In most instances we ship all orders via UPS. we do not offer weekend delivery, even on overnight and 2nd Day shipping orders.
