RETURN POLICY

Purchasing lingerie is not easy, especially online, we believe your satisfaction and enjoyment from lingerie comes with the right fit and style, so if it doesn’t fit right we will accept most items exchanged within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer credit card refunds. We provide a return shipping label with your domestic shipment. If you have any questions about the exchange process, please feel free to contact us.

With the difficulty in purchasing lingerie online, we want to make it simple. Please feel free contact us for personalized fitting advice, or even your concerns about the order you placed, one of our advisors will be glad to assist you so that you can get exactly what you want(ed)—our goal is to find you the right lingerie, that fits great, and makes you feel fabulous! We’re ready to help you find the size or style you are looking for and exchange your order, but we ask that you respect the policy as outlined below.
 
For your order to qualify for return, please note the following:
  • You received your items less than 15 days ago
  • Your items have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Your items remains in original packaging with all tags and hygienic liners attached
  • Your exchange must include the original receipt (can be reprinted at anytime from your account)
  • Underwear has been tried on over your own
  • Must not be a Final Sale item, gift card, personal product, hosiery, adhesive product or body care product

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Sara’s Lingerie will be happy to perform a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within seven days of the purchase or order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items that were not purchased at the full price are not eligible for a price adjustment. Sara’s Lingerie will offer price adjustments for items that get marked down on sale only, and items that require a promotion code/discount for the purchase will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Please use the Contact Us form, email or call us at (818) 980-7200 if you would like to inquire about a possible adjustment.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Items purchased at less than full price using a promotion or coupon code may be exchanged as long as it adheres to the return policy. Promotions or coupon codes are not applicable on "Sale" items unless stated otherwise.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

It starts by completely filling out the Exchange Form included with your order. Please indicate on the form if you'd like a store credit or Exchange for the same item of a different size. If you would like to exchange the items you ordered for a different size, we recommend placing a new order (this will ensure your items are delivered to you faster) and we will refund your return when we receive it back and have validated that the exchange is in compliance with the exchange policy. Items purchased with a store credit or gift card will be credited to a new gift card. If you have purchased items using a discount code or promotion, we're happy to honor the same code again for a one-time even exchange (new size in the same item). For added convenience, we welcome you to exchange online orders at our store.

Please note:
  • Shipping and handling charges for overnight and 2nd day deliveries on all orders are not refundable, except in situations where there was an error on our part with the shipping or items ordered.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are protected during return shipping.
  • Upon the receipt of your exchange, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange credit to be processed and posted. We will notify you via e-mail once processed.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift and need to exchange it our standard exchange policy still applies. Exchanges will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift.

All gift exchanges should include the gift receipt and gifts purchased online should include our standard return form, as well as a return label to send the order back to us. Upon receipt of the gift exchange we will process the credit and email you with instructions regarding how to redeem the credit online or in-store.

LATE EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a exchange, your exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery. Late exchanges will be accepted solely at the discretion of Sara’s Lingerie.

DAMAGED, FAULTY AND MIS-REPRESENTED ITEMS

Sara’s Lingerie strives to represent our lingerie online as accurately as possible, and we know that from time to time colors and fabrics may appear different in person. All computer displays vary, and we make every effort to display the products as best as possible and provide as much detail on each product in the product description. Please contact us immediately so we can help you out with an exchange. If you feel the item we have sent is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will ask that you return it to us so we can properly investigate the defect and contact you again with resolution. Please be advised that normal wear and tear from your use of the garment is not considered "damaged" or "faulty" and not eligible for an exchange.
